2004 Libertarian National Convention, Atlanta Georgia
May 27 - May 31

The 2004 Libertarian Presidential nominating convention provided an exciting backdrop for the drama of the American political system. The convention included an exciting line-up of Libertarian speakers including Dr. Mary Ruwart and Dr. Ron Paul. The excitement began to mount as Michael Badnarik, Aaron Russo, and Gary Nolan squared off in Saturdays Presidential candidate debate. The Presidential nomination took three very close ballots to select Michael Badnarik as the Libertarian Party's 2004 Presidential Nominee. Delegates also selected Dr. Richard Campagna as the LP’s Vice Presidential candidate.
